If you have several locations, they're rolled up across your whole account. ## Review topics Madison also groups what customers talk about into **top positive** and **top negative** themes, each with how often it's mentioned, so you can see what's driving your ratings at a glance, and where to focus next. Select a topic to see the reviews behind it, so you can read the comments driving each theme in your customers' own words. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
