## Q3 2026

Help is now a click away inside Madison, you have more control over the review requests you've already set up, and new privacy controls put you in charge of your data.

**Your privacy, in your hands.** A new **Privacy** screen in the user menu brings your privacy controls together: choose your cookie preferences and request permanent deletion of your account and data, all without leaving the app. See [Privacy & your data](/settings/privacy.md).

**Ask Madison for help, without leaving the app.** A new **Get help** button in the sidebar opens an assistant that answers your questions in plain language. It knows the page you're on, so the help fits what you're actually doing, and it can point you straight to the help center, **What's new**, or our support team. See [Frequently asked questions](/help/faq.md).

**Delete links and automations you no longer need.** Tidy up your review requests by removing a shareable link or an automation that has run its course. Before anything is deleted, Madison shows you exactly what will change, such as a link that will stop working or scheduled requests that will be canceled, and confirms that your existing data and past responses stay put. See [Shareable links & QR codes](/reputation/review-links.md) and [Review request automations](/reputation/review-request-automations.md).

## Q2 2026

A big quarter, with quicker ways to find reviews, requests that send themselves, a refreshed review page, and more places to publish.

**Find any review quickly.** We rebuilt the Reputation area. Powerful search with highlighted matches, plus filters for location, rating, and platform, mean you can go straight to the review you're looking for, however many you have. See [Reviews overview](/reputation/overview.md).

**See what customers keep talking about.** Madison now surfaces the recurring topics and themes across your reviews. Click any topic to read every review that mentions it, so you can spot what you're known for, and what to work on. See [AI insights & review topics](/reports/ai-insights.md).

**Review requests on autopilot.** Set up **automations** that send requests for you, with control over the timing, reminders, and how often the same customer is asked. See [Review request automations](/reputation/review-request-automations.md).

**Shareable links & QR codes.** Create a link or QR code anyone can use to leave you a review, useful for receipts, counters, email signatures, and packaging. To ask a single customer, send a direct request instead. See [Shareable links & QR codes](/reputation/review-links.md) and [Review requests](/reputation/review-requests.md).

**A refreshed review page.** The page your customers land on got a refresh: larger, friendlier star ratings, a clearer thank-you, and a cleaner look on mobile. You can now **customise almost every word**, including separate wording for happy and unhappy customers, and **preview** exactly what customers will see before you send. You can also set the **star rating** that decides which customers are invited to leave a public review and which are guided to share private feedback with you first. See [Your review request page](/reputation/review-request-page.md).

**Post to LinkedIn.** Publish your social posts and campaigns to LinkedIn alongside Facebook and Instagram, so you reach your audience wherever they are. See [Social posts](/social/social-posts.md).

**Connect Square.** Import your Square customers as a source for review requests, so asking for feedback fits right into how you already work. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations.md).

**Flexible sending credits.** Top up your review-request credits whenever you need to, or turn on automatic top-ups so you never run out mid-campaign. Manage it all under [Plan & billing](/settings/billing.md).

**A logo for every location.** Multi-location businesses can now set a logo per location, so the right branding shows up on each location's review pages and messages. See [Brand](/settings/brand.md).

**More control over review requests.** Follow each one through clear sending stages, and re-send a request whenever you need to. See [Review requests](/reputation/review-requests.md).

## Q1 2026

This quarter we launched a free tool any local business can use to benchmark itself, brought in more reviews, and connected Madison to more of the tools you already use.

**See how you stack up, for free.** We launched a free **online presence audit** that shows any local business exactly how it's performing online, and how it compares to the competition. Look up your business on Google and Madison scores you across three areas:

* **Online reputation**: your Google star rating, how many reviews you have, how often new ones arrive, and how many you reply to.
* **Local SEO**: how complete your Google Business Profile is, and where you rank on Google for your main category.
* **Social media**: your Facebook and Instagram following, and how regularly you post.

You get an overall score with a clear breakdown of what's helping and what's holding you back, a side-by-side **ranking against local competitors**, and practical pointers on where to focus next. It's free, and there's no account needed. Try it at [audit.meetmadison.ai](https://audit.meetmadison.ai).

**Reach customers on every channel.** Send a review request over SMS and email together, so it reaches each customer wherever they're most likely to see it. See [Review requests](/reputation/review-requests.md).

**Automatic reminders.** If a customer doesn't respond, Madison follows up on its own with a friendly reminder, so requests that would otherwise be forgotten still turn into reviews. It also gives a gentle nudge to happy customers who rated you highly but haven't posted their review publicly yet. See [Review requests](/reputation/review-requests.md).

**Connect HubSpot.** Bring your HubSpot contacts into Madison as a source for review requests, with no manual exporting. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations.md).

**Connect Toast.** Restaurants can connect the Toast point-of-sale system to turn guests into review requests automatically. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations.md).

## Q4 2025

We closed out the year with a wave of redesigns and new AI features.

**A rebuilt home dashboard.** Your new home gathers everything that needs your attention into one feed, most urgent first, so you always know what to tackle next. See [Your home dashboard](/getting-started/dashboard.md).

**Quick actions.** Jump straight into common tasks from your Home dashboard, like requesting a review, without hunting through the menus. See [Your home dashboard](/getting-started/dashboard.md).

**A guided start.** New accounts now see simple setup cards on Home: connect Google, connect Meta, and book your onboarding call, so you're up and running quickly, and each card clears as you finish it. See [Connect your integrations](/getting-started/connect-your-integrations.md).

**An AI-powered social inbox.** Manage your social messages and post comments in one place, with Madison drafting on-brand replies for your approval and flagging anything urgent so nothing important slips by. See [Messages](/messages-and-customers/messages.md) and [Comments](/social/comments.md).

**Google Profile optimizations.** Madison now suggests improvements to your Google listing, like better categories and a stronger description, and you approve them in a few clicks. See [Google Profile optimizations](/local-seo/google-profile-optimizations.md).

**Suggested social profile links.** Madison finds your Facebook and Instagram profiles and suggests linking them to your Google Business Profile, so customers can reach you everywhere. See [Google Profile optimizations](/local-seo/google-profile-optimizations.md).

**Suggested photos for Google.** Madison suggests photos to add to your Google listing, an easy way to keep it fresh and appealing to customers. See [Google Profile optimizations](/local-seo/google-profile-optimizations.md).

**Replies that sound more like you over time.** Madison now learns your voice automatically. As you edit and approve replies, it quietly trains on your own wording, so each new draft sounds a little more like you, with nothing to set up. See [Responding to reviews](/reputation/responding-to-reviews.md).

**Steer your social content.** Give feedback on the topics and posts Madison suggests for your campaigns, and it uses that to plan content that's more you. See [Daily campaigns](/social/daily-campaigns.md).

**Choose your AI voice.** Pick the tone for AI-generated social posts so the writing always sounds like you. See [Social posts](/social/social-posts.md).

## Q3 2025

A smoother start, more ways to stay in the loop, and more visibility into the accounts you've connected.

**Sign in with Google.** Register and sign in with your Google account, with no password to remember. See [Signing in to Madison](/getting-started/signing-in.md).

**Book your onboarding call.** New customers can now schedule their onboarding call right from Madison, picking a time that suits them. See [Book your onboarding call](/getting-started/onboarding-call.md).

**Connection health alerts.** Madison now tells you when a connected account needs attention, with guidance to fix it, so your posts and reviews keep flowing without interruption. See [Integrations](/settings/integrations.md).

**Text-message notifications.** Get notified by text, not just email, so you hear the moment a new review arrives or a new social campaign is ready for you to approve. See [Notifications](/settings/notifications.md).

**Fine-tune your notifications.** Decide exactly what Madison notifies you about, from new reviews and messages to social approvals and system alerts like a dropped connection, and choose whether each one comes by email or text. See [Notifications](/settings/notifications.md).

**Your daily summary.** Start the day with a short email highlighting what needs your attention, like a review to reply to or a post to approve. On quiet days with nothing pending, nothing is sent. See [Notifications](/settings/notifications.md).

**Review ratings report.** A new report summarising your star ratings over any date range. See [Reports](/reports/overview.md).

## Q2 2025

Big redesigns across reviews and social, plus an easier billing page.

**A redesigned Reviews experience.** A cleaner, faster way to work through reviews, each clearly showing which platform it came from across Google, Tripadvisor, Expedia, and Booking.com. See [Reviews overview](/reputation/overview.md).

**Approve replies from a link.** Approve a suggested review reply straight from your notification, without opening the app first. See [Responding to reviews](/reputation/responding-to-reviews.md).

**Know when a reported review comes down.** When you report a review to Google for breaking the rules, Madison keeps an eye on it and tells your team if Google removes it, so you don't have to keep checking. See [Report unfair reviews for removal](/reputation/report-unfair-reviews.md).

**A new social content calendar.** The redesigned Social area is built around a calendar: choose where each post lands (feed or story) on each platform, and edit copy and scheduling, including refining AI-drafted posts. See [Social posts](/social/social-posts.md).

**Filter your calendar by location.** If you manage more than one location, focus your social calendar on one location at a time. See [Social posts](/social/social-posts.md).

**Post health at a glance.** Each day on your social calendar now carries a simple marker showing whether it's covered, so you can spot quiet days and fill them before they arrive. See [Post health](/social/post-health.md).

**Review request insights.** Filter your request feedback and see your response rates, so you know what's working. See [Review request performance](/reports/review-request-performance.md).

**An easier billing page.** Managing your plan, payment methods, and invoices is now simpler and clearer, so you can take care of billing in one place. See [Plan & billing](/settings/billing.md).

## Q1 2025

Manage your Google presence and your customers from one place, plus smarter social posts.

**Edit your Google listing in Madison.** Update your full Google Business Profile (categories, attributes, hours, and contact details) without leaving Madison, with AI-suggested categories to help you pick the right ones. See [Edit your listing](/local-seo/edit-your-listing.md).

**Bulk-edit across locations.** Apply listing changes to many locations at once, a big time-saver for multi-location businesses. See [Bulk-edit listings](/local-seo/bulk-edit-listings.md).

**A new Contacts area.** A dedicated place to add and bulk-import your customers, so they're ready to receive review requests. See [Customers](/messages-and-customers/customers.md).

**A more on-brand writing voice.** Madison improved how it writes your social posts, so the drafts it creates sound more like your business and need less editing. See [Daily campaigns](/social/daily-campaigns.md).

**Smarter image choices.** Madison got better at picking relevant images for your social posts, with less repetition, so each post looks its best. See [Daily campaigns](/social/daily-campaigns.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.meetmadison.ai/help/product-updates.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
