# Book your onboarding call

On the call, our team walks you through connecting your integrations, inviting your team, and anything else you'd like a hand with. It's free.

## Book your call

During setup, choose a time that suits you. Times are shown in your own timezone. Madison automatically creates a **Google Meet** link and assigns a team member to your call.

{% hint style="success" %}
Happy to set up on your own? You can skip the call during setup and **book it any time later from your Home dashboard**, or just email <support@meetmadison.ai> whenever you need a hand.
{% endhint %}

## Reschedule or cancel

Need a different time? Just **book again** and your previous slot is cancelled automatically, or cancel altogether. There's one onboarding call per organisation, and your Owner or Admins can book, rebook, or cancel it.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.meetmadison.ai/getting-started/onboarding-call.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
